I’ve read much about it for so long, and I never found an olive oil I actually liked … until this one came into my life.
I take a spoonful everyday, and there’s a whole list of things it’s supposed to help with, health wise, and goodness knows I need all the help I can get with my health.
I actually look forward to the spoon filled with liquid gold. It takes good, and is providing all the health benefits of which I read.
Aside from that, my favorite food has become one of the ancient grain pastas from Ric’s selection, this EVOO on it, and some pasta sprinkles— a mixture of various herbs.
A delicious bowl of yumminess, without the bloated feeling afterwards, and this newly diagnosed diabetic can still enjoy pasta because of the low carb content.
Win-win for this one.
The cleanest grain from Sicily, the only pasta I can eat! And the olive oil is delicious!!!
We love Chef Ric Orlando's sauce. We use it as a marinade for chicken/ribs, or add it to burgers while they grill. A+.
We use this on chicken, fish, steak and rice. The entire family likes it.
