MEANHOUSE EVERYTHING SAUCE is my latest creation- It's smokey, spicy, tangy and sweet sauce made with smoked garlic, chipotle chile, cider vinegar, tomato, onion, real cane and brown sugar. Thats about it! Think of it as a BBQ-Ketchup-Dipping-Drizzling..EVERYTHING sauce!
We smoke the garlic for 4 hours to lend a mellow smokiness and sweet garlic aroma to this addictive sauce.
It's great as a BBQ Baste, the best spicy ketchup or an amazing dipping sauce. It also makes a great base for rocking cocktail sauce. Try it on ribs, any kind of burger, fries, eggs, fried fish, tofu or whatever else you desire. It is totally addictive!
Signature is sweet, tangy and golden- Amazing on seafood (especially Salmon), pork, chicken, winter squash, pizza (!!) and Asian noodles.
Ginger is dark and complex with a little bite- totally Great on trad BBQ, sausages, chicken sandwiches, wings, root veggies, and mushrooms

Ric Orlando's Best Flavor Maker Six Pack
I used Ric's Dobe seasoning on a beautiful corvina filet. I coated it with some cilantro/roasted garlic olive oil and then spread the Dobe all over accoringly. I put some oil in the pan and cooked it through on both sides. The taste was phenominal! Oustanding! You're going to love this!
