Quick and Easy Dinner Kits

These Amazing Ric Orlando designed dinners are ready in 20 minutes! Low Gluten, healthy and delicious!

Put on your pasta water, heat up your sauce, add Ric's or your own creativity and dinner is served!

"JERK" Chicken Rasta Pasta Saute strips of boneless  chicken in EVOO with some diced red bell peppers and a spoonful of Ric's JERK Jamaican seasoning.  Add smooth sauce and a splash of cream and cook three minutes until the chicken is cooked. Toss with hot pasta, garnish with chopped scallions. Recommended pasta -Penne Rigate. Serve Purple Haze sauce on the side

"CAGE" Cajun Shrimp Pasta- Saute shrimp in EVOO with some diced red bell peppers, chopped scallions and a spoonful of Ric' CAGE Cajun seasoning.  Add the chunky sauce and a splash of cream and cook three minutes until shrimp are cooked. Toss with hot pasta, garnish with chopped parsley. Recommended pasta -Linguine

Mom’s Zucchini Sauce - Slice zucchini in thin half moons and saute with thinly sliced sweet onions. Add a splash of white wine, cook one minute and then add your choice of sauce, When your pasta is ready, toss with sauce, add basil or even some mint to your liking. Recommended pasta -Caserecce or Penne

Big Mushroom Sauce- Saute sliced crimini mushrooms in EVOO, season with salt and pepper , hit it with a splash of sweet wine like marsala or port, a pinch of rosemary and a splash of cream, and simmer while the pasta is cooking. Whe your pasta is al dente, toss together and top with a dollop of goat cheese. Recommended pasta -Penne Rigate

Sicilian Ricotta Sauce - Heat smooth sauce, mix in a big spoonful of ricotta and some frozen peas and some chopped mint or parsley. Heat through gently and toss with hot pasta. Recommended pasta - Caserecce or Penne

Chunky One Pan "Pasta Fazool" - Heat chunky sauce with canned cannellini or kidney beans, Heat through gently and toss with hot pasta and lots of fresh basil. Recommended pasta - Caserecce or Penne

Shrimp and Pink Pesto Cream- While the pasta water is heating saute shrimp in EVOO. Add sauce, a big spoonful of pesto and a splash of cream, cook to amalgamate and toss with pasta.  Recommended pasta-Caserecce or Penne

And if course it is a perfect sauce to quickly make these classics:

Vodka sauce - Add a splash of vodka, a pinch of crushed pepper and a splash of cream to Smooth Sauce. Cook 5 minutes and toss with hot pasta. Recommended pasta- Penne Rigate

Pasta Arrabbiata  - saute onions and fresh or dry hot peppers to taste to taste in EVOO, toss with chunky sauce and heat through before tossing with your pasta, and plenty of chopped parsley -Recommended pasta- Caserecce or Penne

Red Clam Sauce- Steam clams in white wine until they just start to pop, add a pinch of oregano and some smooth sauce, cover and cook through until the clms are all open. Spoon over cooked linguine.Recommended pasta - Linguine

Pasta “Ceci”- Heat a drained can of chick peas with the sauce, add a big handful of parsley, toss with pasta. Recommended pasta- Penne rigate
