I am one of only few vendors in the US offering this organic ancient grain pasta from Sicily. Vescera is very small family owned pastaficio. I hand selected this pasta myself after a through tasting at the Azienda in the hills of Corleone..
Fact: Sicilian Ancient grains are lower gluten than is in most of our food in the US. The Sicilian ancient grains contain TRADITIONAL GLUTEN Strains from 2000 year old semolina varieties. Though it is not recommended for those with Celiac, it may be perfect for those with Gluten Sensitivities as it is easily digestible and has never been modified or sprayed with toxic chemicals
This is my second order of Vescera Pasta. I have been gluten sensitive for so very long but I can eat this Pasta with absolutely no regrets! I will be ordering more!
My family an I ordered this pasta and we loved it! The pasta chew of the linquine is very similiar asian rice noodles. Highly recommend, really enjoyed it and will order again.

Semolina organic wheat from 1890, Vescera pasta is dried slowly to give the best
al dente stand up on your fork taste without the added ‘guilt’ of gluten and subsequent bloating with weight gain. After receiving two boxes of Vescera Penne Rigate I had to order the bundle! I made a supper for my friends with the penne, wild shrimp from Peters’s Fish Market, shiitakes, a lot of garlic, sweet cherry tomatoes and fresh herbs.

It’s great on chicken, roasted cauliflower…anything you put it on is really good. I think I’ll try it on tofu next. 😋
I love it! The flavor balance is great. I would prefer less salt with the ability to adjust as I see fit due to health concerns, otherwise… it’s perfect!
This is our second time ordering the CAGE seasoning and it’s our absolute favorite! We put it on everything: protein and veggies and it adds the perfect kick.

this tasted awesome! It wasn't just heat, it had taste. Some sauces are so hot you don't taste anything. This was a perfect balance.

Ric Orlando's Best Flavor Maker Six Pack
I used Ric's Dobe seasoning on a beautiful corvina filet. I coated it with some cilantro/roasted garlic olive oil and then spread the Dobe all over accoringly. I put some oil in the pan and cooked it through on both sides. The taste was phenominal! Oustanding! You're going to love this!
LOVE this stuff! So glad I could find it! His remoulade is amazing and great for other foods and to make sauces too.
Any roasted veggie soars with this magic powder. Dust your popcorn with it. Bake your chicken with it. It’s so damn good, and everyone loves it. The end.
