"JERK" Chicken Rasta Pasta Recipe Saute strips of boneless  chicken in EVOO with some diced red bell peppers and a spoonful of Ric's JERK Jamaican seasoning.  Add smooth sauce and a splash of cream and cook three minutes until the chicken is cooked. Toss with hot pasta, garnish with chopped scallions. Recommended pasta -Rigatoni. Serve Purple Haze sauce on the side
