I never thought I would be eating wheat pasta again — but Ric Orlando convinced me to try this and it was absolutely awesome. It is very tasty and has extraordinary texture. Like an oasis in the desert for me.

This sauce gets the balance between heat and flavor correct for me. I've built up a lot of tolerance to heat over the last 20 years and most of the sauces that do it for me heat wise are just heat and not a lot of flavor. This sauce however has a interesting flavor and a heat that builds slow enough that I can enjoy the flavor before the pain sets in. I can't wait to try more of Ric's sauces in the future.
A teaspoon every morning. I’ve read about doing this for years, but until now, I haven’t found any EVOO that tastes good enough to down a spoonful.
This, my friends, is a whole other EVOO. Smooth, and delicious enough to have first thing in the morning. Straight up.
Am on my third bottle for myself, and have given for gifts. Everyone loves it. It’s a winner on every level.
The cleanest grain from Sicily, the only pasta I can eat! And the olive oil is delicious!!!
