The BEST Ancient Grain Organic Pasta! Cinque Bucchi is my favorite shape of pasta! (Pronounced Chin-quay Boo-Key) from Vescera- 4 little tubes bound together make a delicious texture experience! Made from organic Persciatacchi Ancient grain. It is low gluten, low glycemic, high protein and has been tested at ZERO percent toxins, like all my Verscera pastas. Try it with a simple sauce, a cheesy cream sauce or even ijn broth. It is a taste and texture SENSATION!

Verscera ancient grain pastas may be suitable by those with gluten sensitivities (the testimonials tell it all!) but not Celiac.

I am one of only few vendors in the US offering this organic historic grain pasta from Sicily.

Fact Sicilian Historic grains are lower gluten and are different gluten than is in most of our food in th US. The Sicilian ancient grains contain TRADITIONAL GLUTEN Strains from 2000 year old semolina varieties. Though it is not recommended for those with Celiac, it may be perfect for those with Gluten Sensitivities as it is easily digestible and has never been modified or sprayed with toxic chemicals.

I never thought I would be eating wheat pasta again — but Ric Orlando convinced me to try this and it was absolutely awesome. It is very tasty and has extraordinary texture. Like an oasis in the desert for me.

Dobe: Fantastic Seasoning

I used Ric's Dobe seasoning on a beautiful corvina filet. I coated it with some cilantro/roasted garlic olive oil and then spread the Dobe all over accoringly. I put some oil in the pan and cooked it through on both sides. The taste was phenominal! Oustanding! You're going to love this!
