My wife and I met a Culinary Institue of America. One weekend we took a road trip to Woodstock and found your restaurant. My wife ordered the Purple Haze Shrimp (1995) and I think it had purple cabbage with it. Still remembered to this day! Trying to recreate the dish. The sauce is amazing!
I use this fresh perfectly balanced Sicilian Olive Oil for drizzling over salads and my focaccia bread. I am obsessed with Sicily and will finaly get there in late September 2025!
Great pasta, had minor issue with order but was quickly and satisfying resolution. These pastas are a must buy
I never thought I would be eating wheat pasta again — but Ric Orlando convinced me to try this and it was absolutely awesome. It is very tasty and has extraordinary texture. Like an oasis in the desert for me.
