Sicilian Olive Oil and Ancient Grain Pasta

 I am offering Prizium organic extra virgin olive oil. I was there in Prizzi ( My family's home town) when it was being pressed in late October. This is a fine drizzling oil super FRESH and super high in polyphenols. This is as GOOD as it GETS!

Sicilian Ancient Grains are low gluten. There are suggested for those with Gluten Sensitivity (Not for Certified Celiacs).

Vescera has been transforming Sicilian grains since 1890, producing organic pasta with selected grains, grown and processed on the island. The pasta is bronze drawn and slowly dried in order to maintain all the nutritional and organoleptic characteristics that characterize the grains of Sicily. We use three varieties of ancient grain: Russello, Tumminia,  Perciasacchi or Farro Lungo. “We are proud to offer the highest quality, thanks to sustainable agriculture that has been handed down for generations, respecting and enhancing the oldest varieties, thus preser-
