Get one 25 oz. Jar Ric's Smooth Sauce and 500 G box of Ancient Grain Penne. Use it straight up or try adding sauteed cherry tomatoes, shrimp, mushrooms, zucchini, chicken or whatever floats you to your sauce first while you pasta water comes to a boil. Heat it up and toss with your cooked pasta. Optionally add some fresh basil, parsley or hot peppers and dinner is served!
Mom’s Zucchini Sauce - Slice zucchini in thin half moons and saute with thinly sliced sweet onions. Add a splash of white wine, cook one minute and then add your choice of sauce, When your pasta is ready, toss with sauce, add basil or even some mint to your liking. Recommended pasta -Caserecce or Penne
It’s great on chicken, roasted cauliflower…anything you put it on is really good. I think I’ll try it on tofu next. 😋
I love it! The flavor balance is great. I would prefer less salt with the ability to adjust as I see fit due to health concerns, otherwise… it’s perfect!

Ric Orlando's Best Flavor Maker Six Pack
I used Ric's Dobe seasoning on a beautiful corvina filet. I coated it with some cilantro/roasted garlic olive oil and then spread the Dobe all over accoringly. I put some oil in the pan and cooked it through on both sides. The taste was phenominal! Oustanding! You're going to love this!
