This is my go to for seasoning steaks, porchetta, mushrooms, roast chicken and more. It is just perfect right our of the jar. It saves you time and makes EVERYTHING DELICIOUS! made with Sicilian Salt from Trapani, roasted garlic and chef grown herbs, it's a must have in your pantry! This is a fine salt, great for shaking. This is what is used to season those amazing Florentine Porchette.

On a pork roulade

Flattened out a pork loin, put a layer of Ric's Tuscan Salt blend on each side, then carmelized onions and peeled chopped apples. Rolled it up, tied it together and roasted. Basted 2x and you can smell Tuscan ovens and fields in your house.

Dobe: Fantastic Seasoning

I used Ric's Dobe seasoning on a beautiful corvina filet. I coated it with some cilantro/roasted garlic olive oil and then spread the Dobe all over accoringly. I put some oil in the pan and cooked it through on both sides. The taste was phenominal! Oustanding! You're going to love this!
